I. Process in short
Project – Etherz (2019, Kanban).
Timeline ~1 month (from sketch to the final product).
01
My idea was discussed and approved for development.
First hackathon sketches.
02
Second hackathon layouts
03
Final XD layouts (Lotysz99) or in png files
Info
+ As it was done by The Codeine I was on top of the every single UI and UX aspect of the Etherz. Budget we wanted to spent on was the only limit I had.

II. Process in short
Project – Softwaremill (2019, Kanban).
Timeline ~3 months (ongoing backend development).
01
Client’s wireframes
02
I was responsible for consulting client’s wireframes, information architecture and website structure. As delivered wireframes were describing just few pages, the rest of the website was built by me.
Final XD layouts (Lotysz99) or in png files
Info
+ I was responsible as alwyas for animations descritptions, front-end bugs reporting and front-end quality checks.

III. Process in short
Project – Golem (2018, Kanban).
Timeline ~4 months.
01
The Codeine had won the closed competition for new Golem branding with my proposal. After that we had a meeting and a workshop. Client asked for the new concept which had had to communicate the first and ready product as a proove of the working concept and to invite other parties to join development of future products.
02
I had an idea to evolve the previous version Golem. From one 2d shape into more of them and in 3d (to make it feels the real thing).
This was made by me using three.js: concept and modified with some effects
Info
(I’m not a developer, but I have been building complete websites (with my design) years ago in Flash (Action Script 1) or HTML/CSS, I also understand simple Javascript).
03
Client loved that one we was asked to start to work on the website. I had one long meeting to discuss the website content and structure. We had very short deadline, so I decided to go with wireframing in Illustrator (I know today I’d do it in XD).
I came up with this website structure
(big artboard, it’s better to watch downloaded).
04
After some process I had this first iteration: Golem Rendering
(online for few months)
05
I had done big blue update few months later: Golem Rendering
(current online version)
Info
+ many more files with Documentation and Network stats pages layouts, sketches, dozens of illustrations and icons, front-end bugs reports and 2d animations descriptions. The look and most of the 3d animations was also coded by me.

IV. Process in short
Project – Aura (2016, Kanban).
Timeline ~4 months.
01
After first meeting with the Clinet I came up with the initial sketch and sketch and sketch
02
Several weeks later which were spent on many creative meetings, technical discussions, real Augmented Reality tests. I had chance to test many many caleidoscope patterns and colours tweaks to achieve workable prototype of the scanning app. Vuforia was used for recognising the markers and Unity for creating the 3D scenes.
03
The first result was the mobile app views. App in short intro and some guides for developers
04
The second part was the Landin Page with pre-order option: views
05
I was creating brief for the photographer and directing also the Shooting (so cool!)
Info
The project was launched, but then shortly after suspended. The app was ready and published in App Store. I guess it was too early now for such product, but someday it will come back for sure!

V. Process in short
Project – Pixers (2016, Kanban during the concept and Agile in later stages).
Timeline ~1 year.
01
I was responsile for creating the proposal of the new UI/UX for Pixers shop. The reward for that was the assignment to creat complete new shopping experience.
The almost inital proposal looked like this
02
After countless iterations with worked out with Pixers teams (Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers) we came up with all views and guides
Info
I also had all dynamic part of the shop built in UXPin, where we had been prototyping, discussing views and interactions with client.
03
Once the main shop layouts was done Pixers wanted to build more shop features/experience
04
More things were to come to The Codeine as I was named as Pixers Art Director and I had a task for creating a complete new way of communication for Pixers new mission/claim – in super short it was about making customers feel that the change of their interiors is easy and entartaining. I came with the concept of making the abstract interior. It is something like scenography in the theater, the place where you feel like every change is possible.
It looked outstanding!
See also LP example here.
(I was only Directing the process of the 3D scene creation. It was modelled by The Codeine and rendered by Pixers).
05
There was also the mobile app for creating caleidoscope patterns like in Aura (same Client).
Info
+ All Pixers work contain hundreds of hundreds other files with branding, packages, website concepts and smaller products like product’s thumbnails.
